Wonderware Intouch 10.0 - Blinking two pictures that are representing one symol

After looking at your example, I see you've found the solution. You've got bitmap images in different colors, representing different states. WW doesn't allow color animation on bitmaps so you use visibility and blink animations on stacked objects. I saw this in another application several years ago to make a pump show Stopped, Running and Fault.

It's possible to draw and animate a number of simple objects, group them into a cell and do tag substitution, but that can be more work than making a bitmap and saving it in different colors.
 
I have added a $Second datachange script, as well as modified the animation attributes of each object.
I have tested with the 2x tags you had defined, let me know if this serves the function of what you require.
