Wonderware Intouch NAD problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with Wonderware Intouch NAD server. When i try to open the Windowviewer via Intouch Application Manager, i get the popup error "Unable to contact NAD server. Application will be started from NAD working directory. Click Yes to continue, No to correct network problem". Appreciate if somebody here can help me to give some guidances to solve this issue.

What is the NAD path under the InTouch project properties? Can you browse to this path in Windows? If you can't then you need to fix this problem first. Could be a workgroup, sharing, or network issue.

Sounds like it can't connect to the NAD server on startup so it is just working off the 'local' working directory.

Okay now i have solved the problem base on your idea... It was because i can't browse the path due to credential login. Thank you so much
