Hi,
I'm using Wondeware Intouch 9.5 and I got an issue on it. It has several supertags and some already had
exceeded the allowable 64 members. Well according to my reading, these excess tags must have done through
DBLoad, is this true? Now, it seems that there is no way for me to pull up and edit properties of these
members, they don't appear on the tagname dictionary, only 64 members appear. If I do DBload for these
supertag members, I was prompted "64 members supertag limit exceeded, please cancel or create a new
supertag" it wont let me. Is there a work around for this? Is this some kind of a corrupted application?
In addition, I got a job to delete some supertags and some members had left untouch, I can see these members
when I DBdump, the supertag itself no longer appears on the dictionary. Any idea? <btw, I'm referring to the same application above>
Just one more question, the IOGetNode("AccessName"), would this also works on secondary source? I'm actually
working on redundancy servers.
Thanks, and I appreciate for your inputs.
Vince
