Write loaded application name to HMI tag

There is a registry key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Rockwell Software\RSView Enterprise\3.0\Retentive\RDMCACHE that includes the most recently launched app name its value to handle the retentive tag data (ex: "\\Windows\\Logs\\<AppName>\\Retentive".

It still wouldn't be perfect, because it only gives the most recently launched (not loaded) app, but would be pretty close. Except I can't seem to read that key with the CIP message I was using to get the startup app. At least for the PanelView Plus 6 I am testing with, I came up with a total of 13 keys in the registry that are whitelisted to read - and that one's not in the list.

I'll stick with reading the startup app for now unless there's some other rock to look under.
