rsview Me 4.00 ? in existing project

I have opened an existing project that was created before and all I see where the obejects are is ?. What can I do to fix this. Maybe it is a problem with what I have installed.

I tried to change the language but when I try to add it there is an error box that pops up and click ok and the entire rsview software shutsdown

I am having a similar problem with 5.0. I restored an application (SE Local) and all of the text in one of the displays (which was simple fixed text in push button objects) has been changed to "?". When I try to open other displays, FTView shuts down immediately.

I also found out that I have to reboot my PC just to delete an application, before I could try again to restore it.

Now, I am getting errors with the Factory Talk directory.

I am going to uninstall Factory Talk Services Platform, and FTView Studio and start all over with a fresh install. This is the sorriest software I have ever struggled to use...very very frustrating...
