Allen Bradley 8000 Series.

Anyone know what one of these is? I've seen PLC2 and PLC3 (although not in person). Never heard of the 8000 series. I'm quite interested in the Rockwell/Allen Bradley history, but have not come across this one.

Bubble RAM, now that's a blast from the past.

Those are associated with an 8200-series CNC from the mid-1980's.

If you can catch him and pour enough Jameson's into him, Jim Dowling could probably still work on one.
