Windows XP Service pack 3 and Step-7

Just wondering, that does the installation on XP SP3 do any harm to Step-7 or other Siemens software?
I mean the same kind of stuff than there was with SP2 and Winxp.

SP3 is still in pre-release and should not be installed on primary systems yet

I second that motion! You are asking for trouble by installing what is basically a beta version.
