I'am pulling this old thread out of history because I had yesterday an network issue which looked totally the same for me when I had a look in the Log files of my 1756 - EN2T Card.

I tried all the troubleshooting steps from this post. In the end it was a huge amount of TCP connections which was flooding my EN2T Card because we installed a bunch of new servers and put them online without telling anybody.
I was able to see this in the normal diagnostics webpage of the EN2T card. After the servers where shuted down, everything was working back normal and now more errors in the error log.
