I have a poerflex 4, micrologix 1200 firmware 12 series connected with a 1761-NET-AIC converter.
I followed an example from rockwell website, it states 6 steps to control the flexdrive.I made the following steps
1) setup the flexdrive parameters
P36 [start source] set it to "5" comm port
P38 [speed reference] set it to "5" comm port
A103[comm data rate] set it to "4" 19.2K
A104[comm nodeAddr] set it to "1"
A107[comm format] set it to "0" RTU-8N-1"
2) configured micrologix 1200 channel 0 to modbus master
baud rate=19.2k, no parity, no handshaking
3) connected the cables:
plc (ch 0): connected to the AIC round connector.
poerflex 4: connected to the long connector on the
AIC module.
4) AIC MODULE: set to auto baud rate.
5) loaded the messaging rungs for the :
status logic(register 8449)
speed feedback(register 8452)
logic command(register 8193)
when opening message setup, I see an error:
error:code(hex):12
error description: local channel configuration protocol exists. what does it mean?
any way I do not see any feed back from flex drive when
checking the N files that was configured in the message setup.
any idea?
