The basic idea is recapped in this thread: "you could try to use a third-party card but it might not work, which could cause the failure of your data logging or backup system . If you want a card that is guaranteed to work, RA sells them."
 
Thanks, Ken. Has anyone written up a known-to-work list, or identified the OEM of the AB 64MB and 128MB CF parts?

That would be a good idea.....

Anyway, my Transcend TS2GCF100I 2Gb Industrial CF Card is still working just fine.
