The basic idea is recapped in this thread: "you could try to use a third-party card but it might not work, which could cause the failure of your data logging or backup system . If you want a card that is guaranteed to work, RA sells them."

Anyway, my Transcend TS2GCF100I 2Gb Industrial CF Card is still working just fine.

I have also purchased the same Transcend TS2GCF100I 2Gb Industrial CF Card and it works great for logging.
