I've a GE Fanuc 90-30 with CPU331.
All LED is on, but when I try to connect/plug my computer to the RS485 port the "OK" and "RUN" turns off, then Im not able to go online.
The same happens when the program set multiple outputs, OK" and "RUN" turns off. I need to power recycle to get the PLC back in RUN mode.
Is the Power module defective or the CPU, or other modules?

Thanks

Are there any entries in either the PLC or I/O fault tables? A failed output module might produce your symptoms. A failed power supply could also. Try removing all of the I/O modules from the rack. I the CPU can run its program properly with no I/O, then add the modules one at a time until the problem reappears. Then try with only the module that caused it to show the problem. If you can make the problem happen with only one module, replace that module first. If the problem only happens with some number of modules in place, replace the power supply first.

I'm not able to go online, when I connect the cable the PLC stops, no Ok or RUN LED. So I can not see the I/O fault table. Immediately when I connect the cable the PLC stops.
