I have a Mitsubishi FX3U-MR/DS with two communication cards FX3U-232-BD and 485-ADP-MB. I'm not the person who originally wrote the program but I was asked to do a change in the program.
The FX3U-232-BD is connected to a radio link and I was asked to add a couple of new items for it to send. Correct me if I'm wrong but 232-BD is Channel 1 and the 485 card is Channel 2? I'm having trouble understanding where and what the 232-BD is currently sending and where the program is writing something in a register to be sent?
If some one has a sample code or can explain and help me out with this would be much appreciated?

I'm fairly new to Mitsubishi and only done simple projects completely from scratch my self so I have basic knowledge of doing programs with it. I have mostly used Siemens logicks S400 and S300 series and communicating with profibus and profinet.
