s7-300 webserver but not tia portal

hallo
i am having a problem
i have a s7-300 and a cp343-1 communication module
my ip of the module is 192.168.1.70
i can connect to it trou the webserver at this ip-adres and that works fine.
but when i want to connect trou tia portal it doesnt work
i have tia portal v13,maybe this wil help.
somebody have any idea , i am looking for a realy long time
