Uploading pcl File into Caterpillar Pl1000E

How can I access the web page that allows me to see and upload the pcl or translation file into my Pl1000E?

My Pl1000E doesn’t have an ethernet port! I’m using an RS-232 and a keyspan adapter for communication and the communication is successful in caterpillar ET but how can I access the web page without an ethernet port!

If you can afford it, the Monico devices are far easier to use than the PL1000.

This is not an option as I’m working for the company and these are their devices.
But to get the full picture, we have 6 Pl1000E for 6 engines, two of them are translating the data perfectly and the remaining 4 are not, thats why a wanna access these Pl1000Es and see which files are installed in them. I suspect that the 4 Pl1000Es don’t have pcl files in them and thats why there are not translating the data.
