Real Time Monitoring/Control

Sir i am using S7-300 PLC containing Digital and Analog Modules with WinccFlexible 2008 i want to monitor/control the lighting system of a room/lab on my PC using Digital output module.I am able to On/Off a single Bit on Digital output module using the Wincc and PC as a HMI.Now Please guide me how i will be able to monitor or control these lights/Fans using this system.

How do you define "real time"?
If you can turn a single bit ON/OFF why can you not do more?
I do not understand what you need.

i want to control tube light which is on/off by 220 v AC.Now digital output of PLC is 23v how i will control its functions to switch it ON/OFF and how it will be wired to the digital output module of plc.

First of all, the output should be 24VDC, if not, you have a problem of a voltage drop somewhere. Secondly, the common practice of using a relay between the PLC (at 24Vdc) and a consumer at 220Vac should ring a bell somewhere.

Ashiq, inquiries like yours scare me. I do not mean to be offensive, but if you don't know about a fundamental concept like using relays then I suspect you are not qulified to implement the solution.

That is not to say that you cannot learn or be taught how to do these things. It is just that trying to learn this much info about potentially lethal systems remotely over a public Q & A forum is dangerous.

I STRONGLY suggest that you engage someone local that can work with you on site and hands on to demonstrate and help you implement this control.

If, by chance, you are a student you need some one on one time with your instructor.
