Communication Problem

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!
I have a computer using Windows 10, which I was trying to connect to a ControlLogix 5571. I ping the PLC and see the device in RSLinx (It is a recognized device and I can drill down to the various components.) However, when I open up RSWho in RSLogix 5000, the PLC shows up as an unrecognized device and I cannot connect.

Since I don't know what the issue is, I may have missed relevant info. So, if there is something missing, please kindly let me know!

It sounds like the version of your processor and the version of your software aren’t compatible. You should be able to find what version of software you need in the link below. Keep in mind that you might not be able to get the needed software (if it’s too old).
