my hmi program developed on factory talk view studio contains a setting screen to feed some values. that particular screen is password protected and asks for login user name and password. now problem is that i have forgotten that user name and password. need help how to retrieve that user name and password.

Do you have the HMI project (.apa file)? Do you have FactoryTalk View Studio?

If the answer is yes for both questions, you can assign a new password in the project, create a new .mer file and transfer it to the PanelView.

If you only have FTV Studio, you could transfer the .mer file from the Panel View to your PC and try to re-create the project (hoping it's not password protected).
