Hello everybody,

I'm still beginner programmer and I faced a problem with FM350-2.
I use CPU 315-2 and FM350-2 to measure flow rate as totalizer with an incremental encoder.
during few a days ago we have power failure take 4 hour to restart the station after our totalizer not reading at HMI but we have flow rate reading, check the following:

Flow meter found ok
Visual Check for FM350-2 found no alarm
Do diagnostic check for Modules found ok
Check address between HMI and DB system found ok
 
I would check the output of the incremental encoder to ensure that you are getting the signals sent to the card.
