I'm working on a SLC5/04 for flow monitoring process which consists of a few flow transmitter (coriolis meter).

Everyday the operator will do proving (to run 2 transmitters in series to check their accuracy) anytime they wish on the transmitters.

At the end of proving a presentable proving report will be generated to shows how accurate the transmitters are. (Compare the reading between transmitter 1 & 2...etc).

This report has to be print out. Besides that, these reports has to be saved as backup for at least 3 months in the computer (RSView32).

What is the most suitable way to do it. I'm not good in VB :(

Most SCADA / HMI software will prepare reports and log data. I haven't used RSView, but I'd be very surprised if you can't do it in that package. I suspect some of the guys here can get you started. I also suggest calling on the Allen Bradley distributor for some help in getting started - that support is part of what you paid for when you purchased the software.
