protool lite

Hi, does anybody have experience with protool/lite? I'm doing a small project with a TP170 panel. I want some tanks (vessels) and valves in my screen but Ihave problems alligning everything. Does anyone have some tips because my first impression is that it has a very crappy editor.

There are aligning tools in the menu bar in Protool.
You can select several onscreen objects and force them to allign to the top/left/right/bottom and you can force them to be the same height and/or width.

Which TP170 ?
TP170A has very limited graphics capabilities. I do not know if it can do what you want.
TP170B has more capabilites. I am certain that it can align objects.

If u haven't found yet ; when u right click on screen page

insert-object>symbol library

u can find lots of tanks and valve sysmbol.

But mine is Protool V6.0 i don't know if it is the same in lite

Also in view menu, size/position it is very useful when u are sizing and alligning icons etc.

Thanks. It has alligning tools indeed but i want to allign horizontally and center, but it has only a vertical and center function. I want to allign a line (the pipe) under a tank. I'm using a TP170B panel. Can I rotate ?

No you cannot align to center, and you cannot rotate.
Protool lacks these two features.
