IO drivers installation for Fix 32 7.0

How can I use USB flash drive to install IO drivers for Fix 7.0 because the file is too large for floppy disk? I tried, but I got the message : incorrect disk!

try copying the files on to your harddrive then istalling from there. Don't install directly from the Flash drive
