I'm using a 6ES7-134-4FB01-0AB0 ET200S Analogue input module. The smoothing available is described as NONE, WEAK, MEDIUM and STRONG !

Does anyone know what the cut-off frequencies are for the different smoothing options ? I'm after 5Hz

Simon,

I think they're multiples of scan time...

NONE = 1x
WEAK = 4x
MEDIUM = 16x
STRONG = 32x

• Voltage ± 10 V / min. 0.8 MΩ
± 5 V / min. 0.8 MΩ
1 V to 5 V / min. 0.8 MΩ
Permitted input voltage (destruction limit) 35 V continuous

None 1 x cycle time
Weak 4 x cycle time
Medium 16 x cycle time
Strong 32 x cycle time

Ok - I've now had time to study the manual and I thought the analogue input module in question was a lot faster (100 microseconds) than it actually is (130 milliseconds) - I wont be using the smoothing in the module.

Thanks for the help.
