Having a problem with these units. Wired correctly, but some won't count up and on others, if you just glance the reset, it resets.
It seems as though the reset switch is made or way too sensitive. Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks.

Don't judge an entire line by a couple of faulty units.
I have been using Cubs for many years and they are usually trouble free.

Got off the phone with them again looking for replacements. Was told that they are all probably bad. Great, here I go again. 8 machines going out Tuesday, and everything worked but the stupid $40. counter.
Doom on Me.

I spoke to the Product Manager and one of the engineers, and someone should be in touch in the next hour or so to solve both the short term issue and to address any corrective actions.

Big WOW!!!! Thank you Mike! Jeff called and helped me out. He's sending me replacements today or tomorrow after they check them.
Thanks again!

One thing i have found with RedLion is there Support and backup is 100% rock solid and very efficient.

A lot of manufacturers could learn from this.

New counters are in and working fine. Many thanks to the great guys (Mike, and Jeff especially) at Red Lion. They have gained a new customer.
All of those of you who wrote me in support of Red Lion were correct. Great Company!
