Omron HMI comms

I have:
An Omron NT625C
The programming software
A programming cable
A file which is supposed to be what is running in the NT.

I need to either:
* Verify the file with the NT - OR
* Upload the contents of the NT onto my PC

I don't have a manual for the NT. I tried to upload but got a communications error. I assume this means it doesn't go to transmit mode automatically. On an NT20 you get the system menu (from which you select transmit mode) by pressing two corners of the touch screen.

How do you get transmit mode on the NT625?

Having the same problem finding a manual.
Have you tried touching opposite corners of the screen?
What cable are you using?
