32 bit Int to 2 16 bit Int

Hi All,
I need to convert a 32 bit Intger (70000001) into 2 16 bit Intgers ,and I can't get my head round how to do it ,I'll have to do it on a Redlion G308 so that I can then pick up the 2 16bits and put them into Intouch.

Would it be easier to go DINT to Float and pull it in as that?


Saves alot of fooling around.
