Simatic S5 115U CPU 945 - program upload

Hello,
I´m new to Simatic S5 system and need advice about how to get online to CPU 945 (6ES5 816-5AA01).
There are two 15-pin connectors in front of CPU: SI1 and SI2(PG). I just installed PG-2000 DEMO software,
but which adapter do i need to use with my laptop (COM1 - 9-pin port) to go online? RS232/TTY seems to be not working :-(

You will need a 232-TTY convertor Siemens part number 6ES5 734-1BD20 or the PG-2000 people may sell you an equivelent one.
