Direct Logic 06

Hi everyone. I'm looking for some information on a Direct Logic 06 model# DO-06DD2 with three HO-CTRIO high speed counter cards and a DO-DEVNETS com module going to a XYCOM HMI model# GLC150-BG41-DNM-24V. I Googled Direct Logic 06 and got basically Red Lion, which had no link that I could find, and another company that was in a language I don't recognise.
I guess I'm looking for the software and com's cable and hopefully some troubleshooting information for the com's module as it drops offline without warning. We have installed line filters to help with the noise as it is metering gas usage to weld cells.
Unfortunatly it is a stand alone device without any support from the OEM purchased by someone 6 states away and not involved with our operations. I have not been able to obtain a copy of the program yet but was hoping to get the things necessary to communicate with it when I do. If someone could point me in the right direction or help me nail down my problem I would certainly appreciate it. If I'm not providing enough information please let me know and I will do my best to get it.
