Is there a way to build a custom Library in S7? Once you have core set of reusable functions it would be nice to compile them into a library that just get's loaded with S7 as are available for all new projects.

Hi,
You can create a new library in simatic manager:
File>New Select Library tab and then choose a name.

Save you blocks in the library by selecting 'save as' in LAD/STL/FDB then change the 'entry point' to 'library' and then choose the library you want to save the block in with the name combo box.
