Ultra3000/DN/SLC - Velocity Command

Need help in writing a velocity command from a SLC via DeviceNet to a Ultra3000 Drive.

Everything else works but writing a unsigned double Integer is giving strange results. 1 = 1, 2 = 2 4 = 4, then 8 = 7 ???

All other command from the SLC working great except for this issue.
