Package for receiving WX's?

Currently have a PLC program where it sends network data through the ECOM WX commmand.

Unfortunately I'm not quite an expert on PC programming and I don't really have the time to learn db/file stuff.

So is there some kind of package that'll listen for WX outputs from PLCs and save it somehow either to a file or a database?

Thanks,
Eugene
