industrial pc

Hi to all.

We have a lauer industrial pc with touch scren function. After 3 yrs the touch screen function is not working. We have to use mouse to access the computer.
What we did is we re install the driver of the touch screen but this does not solve the problem.
Please help.

Is the touch screem not working at all or patchy? If there is any response yoou may be able to clean the display (particularly around the edges). Try a bit of alcohol on it.

If there is no response it could be time to reload the OS and drivers... (especially if it is a windows 9x flavor).

What was really happened? it just you noticed one day it is not working at all? Actually were also using Industrial PC, please share what happened to avoid this senario to us.
