I'm using a compactlogix PLC and RSLogix5000 software. My question is this. Is there a quick and easy way to get the difference between two date/times? Basically i want the difference in seconds between the time the PLC lost power, to the time it is restored. I want to compare that number to a user-defined maximum time.

Thanks,

John

Nevermind, I figured it out. I'm going to use the 'CurrentValue' attribute of the WALLCLOCK object. This gives the current time in Milliseconds starting from 0000hours January 1, 1970. Now i can use a sinple compare of the two numbers.
