communication problem betwen cpu928 and PC (supervisor) using ethernet

hello
i think the cause of this communication failure is the erase of communication processor 6gk1143-0ta02.
i have the data base but i dont know how to download in this CP

i know that i have to use SINEC NCM,COM for CP1430,V1.03

who can give me this S5 progiciel and the step of the configuration of CP??????
