What is meaning of instruction

Explain me please what the below instruction will do-

[DMOV KO K6M501]

in a PLC program of Mitsubishi PLC.

I'm no Mitsubishi expert, but from memory, i think it uses the 32-bit MOV (Double MOVE) instruction to MOVE the value 0 (K0) into M501 for 6 bytes [M501-M525]...but i'm sure one of the (many) Mitsi experts will jump in and correct me!!

you are correct except it's six nibbles (nibble is 4-bit). so 6x4=24bit (M501...M525).
