I recieved a customers panelview which had the message:corrupt firmware: with download and continue buttons. I got the updated firmware program from Rockwell installed and loaded to a flash drive. Plugged the card into panelview and it started update. Now the screen just shows a grey background with an hourglass and message: updating firmware please wait.....
2 1/2 hours later I stoped it(no progress) and restarted ENTIRE procedure same results. I wasn't able to backup/delete any files before updating,so I'm now wondering if it may be memory related.
So my question is IS there a utility to erase the memory in a panelview plus to restart new, or to test for memory failure.
thanks for any replies.
