Panel Mount time delay relay

Anyone know of a panel mount, time delay relay? I need a .5 to 10 sec range, or there-abouts, 120vac in, time delay out, delay on make, 2 wire or 3 wire, something like this:

The problem with the above is that I don't seem to find it available in the US except by special order, 4 to 6 weeks from Europe.....

My first choice is AD too. I guess problem with your Crouzet is 120V and a 22MM hole. Only option I found for 22MM is panel mount pot, and timer module on the DIN rail. Good prices on other timers. Tried these guys (Factorymation) a few weeks ago for first time. Like the 4/12 NEMA Enclosure from SCE. Not sure about SUSOL 3 phase breaker. Sticking with AD's Fuji's for that.
Also check Mouser. They have a full line of Omron timers.

ABB makes din rail mounted timer modules as well.
