Hi I am new to this forum and new to RSLogix5000. I have programmed alot with RSlogix500 and have began working my way through my first project using 5000. Here is my problem there is no SCP function in 5000. I have 4 potentiometers as an inputs 0-10Vdc and 1 as 0- -10Vdc all wired to a 1756-IF8. I set up the Comm Format tab for Interger Data-Single Ended Mode and setup all the input ranges. Now the module is configured I thought I could go back and setup my scaling in the card. But it does not give me this option to setup engineering units. I have to scale these inputs to 0 - -8.2Vdc which are in turn outputed via 1756-OF8. I have included a screen shot of the configuration for the IF8

There is no reason to have Integer mode.
Delete the module and reinsert it back as Float Data- Single Ended.
In Float mode you will see scaling parameters under configuration tab.
