Require Siemens Assistance

I was wondering if someone here who would be much more familiar with Siemens products could answer me the following questions.

What software will program the seimens S5 processors and the OP25 and OP27 screens?

S5 plc's are programmed with Simatic Step5. (Latest version was 7.23)
OP Panels are programmed with Protool.
