G308 with two SLC 503

Hello, I have a G308 with SLC 503 on the RS-232 program port and a SLC 503 on the RS-232 Comms Port. I have tags set up and can read from and write to both of them, but I cannot figure out how to get one to change it’s bit state when the other one changes. For example, PLC-1 has B3:7/0 it is set high when a fan turns on , I need B14:1/0 in PLC-2 to go high. I tried setting up a Gateway block but have not been able to the bits to update when the others do. I’m using Crimson 3.0 and both PLC’s using DF1 Master drivers
