I,ve PLC logo and some thing goes wrong and i discover that there's a problem in internal power supply if i change it i will lose data or not ?
or how can i get the data back (program from it )

I am not sure which internal supply you are referring to.
I would recommend you back up a copy of the program any way.
It is always a good idea.
