Panelview 600

Need a little help. I will work with an AB Panel View 600 Cat: 2711-B6C8 but what cable do I need.
Had thought about a 2711-NC13. But do not know if it's true.

That cable should work. There is nothing special about it. It's just a straight thru cable.

I have no rs 232 port on my PC. Can I use a usb to rs 232 converter.
And which driver should I use in RSLinx?

Yes a USB to Serial adapter will work. A good one is the "Keyspan" USA- HS19

As long as the RS232 port on your PV is NOT configured for a printer then the DF1 driver should work.
