Problem CX-DESIGNER. Diagram not appear. Pls help

Hello all.

I have a problem when I try to TEST>CONNECT TO PLC, the diagram not appear. What should I do?

For information, I use CP1E-N20 OMRON.

Here I attached the picture.

picture below show the diagram that suppose appear.
