Problem in communication from Concept PLC to Vijeo Designer via a TSXCUSBmbp MB+ loop

Hello friends,

I am trying to establish communication from Concept PLC to Vijeo Designer (version 5) via a TSXCUSBMBP in a MODBUS PLUS loop.

When I connecting my laptop to the loop , ie TSXCUSBMBP usb cable to the laptop, I am able to see the Modbus plus loop is alive. But when connecting to Magelis HMI , the Modbus plus loop is In Active.

What could be the reason for the communication loss.

My PLC node address is 11 and its a single segment communication. There are distributed I/O's in the Loop .

Configuration :

Equipment address : 11.00.00.00.00

Local Station Address is 13.
