I have a furnace control system which uses a Redlion G308 (using Crimson 3) which communicates with 12 Honeywell UDC3200 temperature controllers over Ethernet Modbus-TCP. I am constantly losing communication with the UDCs and have had to implement some very unellegant code in order to ensure that the operation parameters are sent down to the UDCs.

If only one UDC is on the system it seems to work fine, but difficulties start increasing as the number of UDCs are increased.

Has anyone work with such a system and if so, how were you able to get the communications under control?

Thank you in advance!

Martin
