Hi,

I need to change the input type on an analogue card 6es7 331 7fk02 oabo, can anyone tell me can i remove the card to change the pin set up without faulting the cpu ??

You will need to power down,remove the module and alter the jumper on the side.

I wouldn't remove it live even if you have OB's handling the rack failure.

You will have to change the Card Type in the Hardware Configuration for the Rack to the appropriate card being installed, and then configure the Input range accordingly.

Ok Guys many thanks, i thought as much as using mainly AB i know the cpu faults under this condition.
