help required for vijeo designer

Hi Guys!
i made a project in vijeo designer v6.1. for XBTGT 5230 hmi.
this project is not being download on usb disk. and there is no error in building process.
when i changed the hmi model to STO531/532, then this download button became active as it can be seen in attached files.
any suggestion plz.
