getting +5 v constantly in analog output module

hi all,
i m using L32e controller and 1769-of4vi analog output card... i m not able to get analog output from it.... can anyone please let me know the process of using analog output module..as i m new to ab.

Have you looked at the "Limits" tab on the module comfiguration...

The upper and lower output clamp values are not set automatically ..

i know it seems stupid to ask.. but can u please briefly give idea about limits .what are those whether that indicates voltage levels or status or something else
