Lenze displays CL. motor 20 rpm

i am connecting my second motor/Lenze drive today to a 18,000rpm 3ph 220volt 300hz spindle motor and the motor is turning very slowly. The Lenze display shows CL current limit. the motor turns freely by hand and the current limit has been increased to 100. I am trying to run this motor at 300Hz. Any one else run into this problem with a Lenze drive?.
