I've looked at the program and don't see what the issue might be. In LAD-14
N7:60 ISO reading on HMI=3.5g/s.....Wrong should be 35
N7:61 POLY reading on HMI=50.5g/s....OK

I don't quite understand the DDV instruction. I've looked at the HMI and both of the N7:60 & N7:61 screens are set up the same. Any help would be appreciated. This isn't causing an issue just reading wrong--the high speed counter has already been changed. Don't know how long it's been this way.

Thanks Terry

In ladder 14 - rung 5 the value in N7:70 is multiplied by the value in N7:71. The programmer expected that the result would overflow an integer (35640, note the minus result in N7:71). The full result resides in the 'Math Register'. The next rung divides the previous result (N7:71 is not otherwise used at all) which is in the 'Math Register' by 100 and gets, in this case, 356.

An equivalent thing is being done in rungs 11, 12 to get N7:61.

In the display the numeric indicator has a setting for how far to shift the decimal point. If both N7:60 and N7:61 are correctly derived in the ladder then look to the display program for adjustment of the decimal point.

Bernie Thank for responding
I had never seen a DDV until now and it was throwing me off the track.
I did find the issue. I started back tracking and found an integer that is written to from the HMI. It had a .12--should have been 1.10. Don't know who did it?

Thanks again
Terry
