E62 fault in kinetix 7000 drive

I have a kinetix 7000 servo drive installed at my end which has suddenly started malfunctioning .It displays a fault code E62 when ever MAM command is issued .This is unusual as no auxiliary devices are connected & the servo is configured in position servo mode.What could be cause of such an abnormal behaviour? Pls help.....

What is your application's CPU firmware level?

I am using version 19
